Tournaments
During Deskohraní, a large number of tournaments are held, from beginner ones to the Czech Championships. An easy overview of the tournaments can be found in the TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE. Where you will see tournaments in a clear table by day and by room, and you can easily click through to the proposals of individual tournaments. An alphabetical list of all tournaments and presentations can be found in the List of events. For larger tournaments, we recommend filling out the REGISTRATION FORM in advance.
MINItournaments
This year we are introducing a new, MINItournaments. These are smaller, friendly tournaments where the goal is not so much to win, but rather to play the game with different people or learn a new game.
More about MINItournaments
Minitournaments will be usually 2 hours long and you are going to play the game 2 – 3 times. Winners will get small prices. We highly recommend it if you want to try a game, or if you're going to Deskohraní alone and like to meet new people.

Crash Courses and Game Presentations
Getting to know a game doesn't mean learning its rules, in fact, that's often just the beginning. That's why we've prepared a series of Crash Courses and Game Presentations for you.
More about Crash Courses and Game Presentations
In the Crash Course, you will not only learn the game, but you can also try it out, and if you are interested, an experienced player can introduce you to tricks and a deeper look into the game. The crash courses are intended for both those who already know the game well (it will bring them a deeper understanding) and those who want to get to know it (it will reveal them the secrets of what the game hides).

Playing Complex games
You wanna play a game, that is multiple hours long, but hardly ever are you able to persuade enough people to play with you? Exactly that offers this section where those interested in a specific complex game will meet and an experienced player will explain the game and guide you through it.
More about Playing complex games
The game is set for a predetermined number of players, in which is the best. You will be in a separate room so that you will not be disturbed. There are many reasons to come. Whether you prefer to have someone else explain the rules to you (rather than reading them), or you don't have enough teammates.
