Schedule:	9:00    beginning of attendance 9:30    first round begins 15:00    anticipated end of event
Criteria:	If Swiss system, then: Points, Buchholz, results of head to head match. If round robin, then: Points, S-B, followed by result of head to head match.
Playing tempo:	25 min a player a game + 10 seconds after each move
Note:	If exactly 2 players are tied for first place after main tournament, the 2 players will play a match using reduced time control.If more than 2 players are tied for1st, the respective players involved will play a mini-tournament. The winner of the tourney receives cup and prize money. The highest placed Czech player becomes the Czech champion. Arbiter: David Kotin Manager: Filip Kareta
